I have one of these have never had one of the rods come loose but i agree the striker is prett useless. I always use the back of my knife. Lucky i never go anywhere without a good knife normally atleast three 😂

Absolutely agree Barrie! It’s like they did the bare minimum to get it to the point of manufacture and distribution, pretty disappointing.
