OMG. That is totally a bummer that that happened but it also is a bummer that the buyer wasn’t really showing much integrity. It’s obvious that you’re offer was a mistake and if you had done that to me instead of buying it quickly for four dollars I would’ve sent a message to you asking if that was a mistake giving you an opportunity to edit it or to work out payment separately if it couldn’t be edited. Like the buyer could’ve completely said no to the four dollar offer and reached out to you via message. it’s unfortunate that they did not do that because I sort of think the buyer has a responsibility to too. I’m just saying. I bet you that will never happen to you again because you will be so careful. Have a good day Rachel.!

It has happened to me a few times, I always have 101 things happening so it happens. But I never even question it whether to honor it or not. I see it as I am always blessed by finding great deals daily, so accidently putting the wrong price was just meant to be. I see it as more blessings to come.

BEFORE you click to print your list of shipping labels on the top to mid top right of your screen (while looking at it), you will see a place to change the label print to one label.. You have to do it BEFORE you get to the page that prints. It was doing it to me too.

8:35 Every time there is an OS update, my label settings go nuts and either print huge or tiny. I reprint the tiny labels, because I am afraid the USPS scanners won’t be able to read them. I looked up the USPS minimum font size and it is 10 pt.

I know you guys feel that the right thing to do would be to honor the mistake but I do not agree. You are being honorable but the buyer is not!! The buyer knew the real price and if they were an honest person they would have messaged you about the mistake instead of taking advantage of it!!! I have not made this mistake myself (knock on wood) but have lost money on a few sales not pricing right to begin with. I just sold a sterling brooch for under $20 that normally sells for over one hundred dollars!! The brooch had a mark and I tried to research it but the mark was one letter off so I was unable to pull up the designer. The buyer put the designers name in their feedback so I would know who made it. I dont blame the buyer at all, it was my fault and they were smart to recognize my mistake and get a good price. After all as resellers we do that every chance we get!
