The thing i don't really like about parkour sections in mascot horror is how, most of the time, it makes no sense why theres a random parkour course inside [INSERT MASCOT HORROR LOCATION] I think poppy playtime chapter 3 did it well. Having to traverse broken catwalks and jumping ontop of moving pistons. Meanwhile for other games, the parkour section is just kinda there, and if you work there, you HAVE to traverse through it. The least the developers could do was add some boarded doors at the start and end of the parkour sections to imply it was optional in the past for the People that work there Most puzzles in mascot horror games do NOT make sense. Lever to a door in a completely different room? Make it so the lever itself was taken off the wall and hidden in that room, and you have to find it, put it back and flick it Oh, you require a completely ordinary item to move forward? Well, maybe that item has some material you can remove and use to help you move forward You have to shift a crooked painting to open a door? Give that door a keypad and hide the code behind the crooked painting in such a way where straightening it reveals the code. Make more use of broken walls and floors to explain why you can/can't acess a specfic area! Most mascot horror games take place in an abandoned location, if the place is hard to traverse, it should be because It is heavily delapidated, not because the engineers were on crack.
