My annointed husband and I were in and out of a relationship for 6.5 years before He accepted his half of our annointed soul purpose and came into a committment with me. Nothing I did over that 6.5 years changed how long it was going to take. I had dreams of meeting him in a mall when I was in my early teens. I recognized his soul immediately when I met him. Tbh in the very beginning I had this feeling, but just look at it this way: At the time they may have rejected you physically or spiritually they were not prepared. Maybe they didn’t see or understand what was standing in front of them right then, and if it’s truly your ordained spouse then God may have hid you from their eyes in that manner to finish some more work on him/her. At a point I had a very hard time expressing my feelings for this man, and over time I realized the Lord just didn’t want me to awaken this love too soon. That man is now in another relationship, but I don’t feel as if I’m 2nd place or pick specifically because I know what the Lord has shown me and what he’s in the process of doing. I think it takes for them to feel the works of God before recognizing their actual spouse. I don’t think this man recognizes who I am to him yet from what God has shown me, but he will when it’s the right time.
