EVERYONE hits low points in thier life, first off. Second, just like this dude is saying, stay positive. Someone asks " how are you?", you say something positive, like "fantastic". You must believe in yourself, not allow mistakes to get you down, stay stoic and don't expect anything from anyone. You have nobody but yourself to depend on. You can be successful, so do it.

Most people have low threshold of what they consider low points, while some individuals go through hell over and over, getting grinded by the wheel of life constantly. My pain tolerance and patience is extremely high compared to most people. Sometimes, in some lives, failure is part and parcel of their existence. No need to force positive shit on myself. I know where and how to go, it's just extremely tough.
