I'm mad at myself. After years of no contact, ignoring the bulls**t cards and not taking my mother's calls, I accidentally picked up the phone and it was her. I felt nauseated instantly. I called her by her first name and said "what do you want" because I know she ALWAYS has an ulterior motive. She said I love you, I miss you and since I know that is complete crap I went off on her about just a few of the thousands of horrible things she had done to me. I was trying to let her know that while she may fool others, I know the true demon she is. I was a trainwreck when I hung up on her. I paced for over an hour to calm down from just hearing her voice. At one point I actually got into the fetal position and cried and then paced some more. Once I calmed down I felt kind of proud of myself for speaking up to her but then I quickly realized I had "fed the dragon"!!!!! From now on I will triple check caller ID before answering. I won't make that mistake again. These trolls never give up trying to torment you. It sucks that we have to be hypervigilant to protect ourselves from them. At one point she even had my brother texting me so she could check up on me through him. I had no choice but to go full family no contact. If your in contact with one your in contact with all and the minions just chew you up and spit you out. Be strong people, keeping these people away from you is work but if you give them 1 millimeter they will take a million miles.

No Contact will be hard at first but it gets easier. When you doubt your memories and thinking (which you will as why I'm here today) watch these videos and remind yourself you are not them. Their sick behavior is still getting to your emotions so build that wall higher. If a friend constantly tells you things that are going on in their life believe they are telling them about your life and what you say. Flying Monkey's can be anyone.

I've only been looking into this for a short period of time. Once you realize this is happening, it seems like they're all around you. All of the people closest to you. It's like a victim of a narcissist will always have this problem until they see the red flags and screen. This is very valuable and will continue to help so many people.

I had an ex friend/work college ruin a 19 grand per year job offer I had secured for myself because my narc thought he would get me to go and work were he ended up working. . no chance. ..100% no contact forever! !!
