That might be an option down the road. I have clients excited by the idea of no local install.

I agree. It is nice having the power of someone else's system. Butt would with patient data, I get nervous if I'm not completely in control.

Microsoft, along with the other cloud providers, of course are working to get folks comfortable with the cloud - but your mileage may vary.
