well, that is a totally misleading title. Is God being "all-knowing" the ONLY issue with people having free will? of course not, if anything God creating this world as it is would be a greater deterrent to free will because it makes us subject to God's will.

If God can't make creatures with free will, is God actually omnipotent?

You could ask that about anything with the same premise and get the same answer. For example; If God can’t lie, is he actually omnipotent? Well yes. God’s omnipotence can’t violate his nature, or character, if you will. The same thing can be applied to your question. That’s not to say that God can’t create free creatures with free will though.

Notice in Revelation 5 the Scroll/decree/declaration was written on both sides. One for this time, and the other for the New Heavens and Earth. Before sin, violence and war broke out, There was no rule, or consequences for sin. As it did not exist. Sin was born out of the lust for the pleasures of this world. For an atheist, their starting point may be naturalism or human reasoning, but they have no justification for their starting point. The christian worldview goes beyond merely claiming God exists. It’s not fallaciously circular like your worldview because we can show that the premise and conclusion are rationally necessary. Have you not heard the transcendental argument?
