Yes they do-I bought a Giratina V Hidden Potential Tin on Monday and it had two Lost Origin, one Brilliant Stars and two Evolving Skies packs. Pulls were decent as well but Evolving Skies pulls were pretty standard.

Ouch, tough break dude! I saw the hidden potential tins last week at Walmart. Matter of fact, all the ones I saw were pulled from the box with the vendor, so I knew they had ES in them.. The hidden potential tins were a Walmart exclusive product. They are the only tins that contained 2 ES in them. If ppl ordered these online from Walmart or Target, they do not have ES in them. You may have gotten a returned batch that the customer could have ordered several of, then decided to return. I've checked all 26 of mine, and all have 2 es in them. Maybe check all your Walmarts, buy one, check, and buy the rest if they have es in them. I checked one from each store before buying any, just in case.

Bro wherever you live is a very trusting area by the looks of it. I'm in Canada living in Toronto and every single Walmart is completely raided in the Pokemon section absolutely nothing on the shelves. If there is, it's behind glass from people stealing and you need a key lmfao.

I got a giratina V tin for my daughter in Palm Coast FL and it had 2 evolving skies and a couple fusion strike. I'm going to let her open a pack every saturday. She has good luck so we'll see what happens

2nd comment: Nice hits in the last tin. Also, I agree with you regarding Brilli Stars. Give it some time, the BB is already at around 175 now. Once Brilliant Stars packs dry up, you'll see the pack and card prices go up. The Arceus V, both Umbreons, and both Sylveons are very low rn. I bought 10 of each even lower than they are now, and got a PSA 10 in each. Give it a year or more and you'll see the prices rise.
