Yes and no. It depends on the value of the rental property. Very high end yes, everything else, no. Porcelain is almost impossible to repair, it's crazy expensive, and quartz material is extremely nice/durable for a lot less money.

You have to fill with epoxy. It's not really a fix, it's more like a band aid.
