Last week I completed an online course from biotecnika in which a hard copy of the certificate was supposed to be sent to me. I mailed asking about any update for the hardcopy of certificate but they blocked my mails and also I tried to call them but it didn't connect to any no. So what kind of treatment is this at the time of joining the certification course, it was clearly mentioned that a hardcopy will be sent but they are not responding. Only a pdf of certificate was sent by mail and after that my mail ID was blocked to send any email to them. I kindly request again to consider this issue and clarify asap.
