One of the reasons why I had lost hair was because I did not have a female life partner, and therefore, I was masturbating to release extra heat from my body. I then stopped masturbating frequently, and now I was only masturbating ones in 6 months and sometimes ones in a year, and therefore, now I had more energy in my body than before. I also started praying Salah/Namaz more often, and I started taking vitamin B Complex, and then I started getting my hair back. Hi Mohammed, can you please curate verses from the QURAN that align with some of the things you talk about, because personally I cant read it, the one I have is the english version and I feel like some of the things get lost in translation, but I'm convinced that it teaches a lot of valuable things like the bible, most of which shouldn't be taken literally as most fundamentalist do, they did their best to introduce scientific concepts at the time and making them accessible to the common people, it'd be a great addition to the content you make.
