The Eagles got the early lead and chose to keep the play calling very vanilla which is why it seemed like GB knew what they were running. I mean, why put new wrinkles out there on tape when winning was never in question.

We keep putting way too much stock in 2 things that don’t matter, they are: 1) Weather factors 2) recent performance bias We said the same things 2002 vs Bucs, 2003 vs Panthers, 2008 vs cardinals, and 2013 vs Saints. All 3 teams (Bucs, panthers and saints) we brought up our regular season win and that teams in ability to play in Philly cold. Cardinals was just our win vs them in regular season. We need to completely respect the rams and not be over confident. The rams are playing well on both sides of the ball. Nothing is a given and the rams will have a plan from the 1st matchup. Btw Matthew Stafford did play in the snow vs eagles in 2013.
