Votre anglais est vraiment excellent. La plupart des Français parlent anglais avec un fort accent, mais le vôtre est très pur.❤

I hurts me so much to say this but French people have a very bad reputation of being extremely rude and impolite when it comes to interact with people who are learning French. And this is something that always made me feel bad to try to learn French because having already learned other languages I know that speaking with natives is one of the best ways to improve speech and understanding, but also I don't want to do that if that means that I'll be treated as a sub-human that don't deserve to speak their precious language...

Go to a wine store with a humble attitude and pleasant face. They treated this 68 y.o. American Very nicely with my cobbled French. In the U.S. natives are very intolerant of foreign speakers. They just talk louder in English. Also, a French person correcting a grammatical error is a sign of respect. Finally, understand vendors are not our French teachers and in tourist areas have to put up with foreigners all day. I find the French no ruder than any other culture and often times much nicer than my fellow citizens.
