Hi there, I want to make a comment that I pray you will receive well. Until recently, I would start listening to these videos, wanting to hurry up and get a point real quick so I can move onto something else. One of the first things that I would always do is go look in the comments for someone who has done exactly what you have done here, outline the gist of the video. I would quickly read your outlines or whoever it was that had outlined that particular video and then I would skip the rest of the video and move onto something else. What I found this is that first of all my heart wasn’t where it need to be in order to be learning, second of all, I wasn’t really getting the whole teaching because I was just reading an outline and not hearing the scripture or explanations of the teaching. Tonight I let my mind wander, and since he doesn’t specifically count each one that he’s talking about. I got distracted and I didn’t know if I had missed three or four or both. Out of habit, I went straight to the comments and found your comment. But as I started to just copy it down and move on, I had this huge epiphany that I’ve just described here, realizing that I’ve been growing more because I have not been looking for outlines in the comments. I think it’s great that you’ve taken the time to do this and maybe there are some who truly do appreciate it and maybe I’m the only one who used your time and effort as an excuse to be lazy and not learn or grow as much as I could have. so, please understand that I am not attacking you in anyway, but if I was doing something that enabled others to be lazy, and or to not grow in the Lord, I would want someone to bring it to my attention. Remember, when Christ resurrected this world so long ago He said His Comforter will come for us to know.
