Sir you would use them over a pot that's already on the stove. For example if you want to add a little dry pepper and you need to break it up or cut in in a few pieces to release the spice seeds.🌶 Those products that you are using are wet so it jams up the blades. You have to use it on DRIED vegetables/spices.

They’re great for shredding crepe paper for a piñata but not so great on food. Watch a piñata tutorial and you’ll see.

There is no substitute for a good knife. I always tell people, at a min have one good chef’s knife. Practice with it and you’ll chop faster than any of these cheap tools.
