Actually Meditation can reduce your sleeping hours. If you meditate 20 min, you can reduce 2 hrs of sleeping. Try it bro

When I was 18 I used to talk with my gf whole night for around 5-6 hour till morning 6 o'clock and I used to sleep just 2 hour in morning 6 to 8 so I think if we have interest in something that can make us do whatever we want to do . I strongly believe in it .

6:00 life has been going well lately for me. Finally making money from jobs, paid off my credit cards, working from home, no longer stressed about my past present or future, no longer putting pressure on myself to be successful right this instant and also exercise. That has all helped my energy levels feels so smooth, so I hope I can start sleeping less because I actually am enjoying my life right now. Even though I am not where I want to be.

Late Shri shri shri Shivakumara swamiji slept only for 3 hours a day. From 11pm to 2am. Everything makes sense now. He lived for 111 years!

Yes I ve read it some where on web in the spiritual sites if wants to have an elevated level of consciousness one must be sexually abstinent ( essential & indispensable) , n should refrain from eating meat, liquor & tobacc o, with that elevated level of consciousness status like sadguru is possible. That may take years of practise.

@@varunk6353 True bro. And also, about the food we eat. Most of them contain something called "fluride". I'm not sure if I spelled it right. Even our tooth paste include fluride. Which actually restricts our third eye. And that level of consciousness cannot be reached because of that.

@Mr. Bipolar Sapien Being well rested is important. You can sleep 8 hours but not feel as good as someone who sleeps/rests for 2-3 hours but deep sleep/rest ....... That one meal a day stuff is some divine shit trust me..... 1 meal a day then 1 meal every other day and if you get used to that shit. You're body goes into a super human state. Filtering most deseases like nothing. The keto effects alone make you feel almost super human but adding everything else on top. Is just some superhuman shit. Not to mention you'll skin will detox and clear up and look brand new. I think I saw somewhere on KZbin the Nation Of Islam do that one meal a day.....and I swear the first video I saw...all I could think was holy shit that is some beautiful skin and I just kept seeing more and more people with nice skin then later on I heard the speaker mention OMAD then talked about how amazing it is for aging and this freaking dude when he was 50 or 60 looked like he was between late 20s - late 30s

Always eat alive food not dead food. Always eat 50% of food Enjoy what you do, eat less, sleep less, live more. Pitch your energy levels higher & live more since you cannot control time. What you need to do is control your system by providing healthy food /live food to pitching energy levels higher & avoiding much sleep. So you live longer than you expect..

If you had a good sleep, 3 hrs is sufficient. Most ppl don't sleep well so even after lying on bed for 8 hrs they feel unfresh. Sleep prescription should be based on deep sleep duration, the sleep cycle when even dreams don't occur

@@fng3854 I'm not really sure but from 6-10 the earth element is more active in us and then from 10 the fire element is more active which according to some ppl helps in better digestion of food. Again I'm not sure I've just heard it. And sadguru didn't say we have to compel or force ourselves to sleep for 3 to 4 hrs... He just told if we change our food habits and few other things we'll naturally sleep less :)

Helloo everyone Even I also want to share my experience about sleep how much I sleep well I sleep at 11 pm to 3 am so 4 hours a day bcz I go for work fish wholesale but wen I wake up at 3 am I well very fresh, energetic and happy every I see sun rise it makes me feel happy but sometimes wen I wake at 8 am I feel very tired so 4 hours of sleep is very nice

That beginning quote I can vouch for.. I've been weening more and more food off each day and I gotta say, if anything my energy levels have IMPROVED by only eating one meal a day. I'm going through days of pure anxiety and sometimes I barely eat at all, and yep I'm still perfectly fine. Even though the anxiety drains me, I know nutritionally I feel totally good.

krishna kumar 46 here! I am getting less sleep now but I am also much healthier and more active than ever before since changing my diet from an omnivorous to all plant based. On occasions I have only slept 3-4 hrs and much to my surprise was still very functional, was able to keep up with my gym workouts and my work day. However, I am not convinced it is healthy. I ended up taking some sleepy meds to get longer rest to break out of that a month ago. I still take melatonin but maybe I should read more about this less sleep and get a better understanding of it. 5hours is my average time I get.

What all this comes down to is your passion - if you love what you are doing, you will not have time or desire to eat junk food or eat out of sadness, depression, self-pity etc. you will be vibrating at a higher level which will automatically help you eat the right amount of food, the right kinds pf food at the right time. Whenever I do a water fast until 12pm, eat fruit as my first meal, eat clean for the rest of the day and have dinner by 7 or 8, I legit only sleep for 3-4 hours, MAX. Wide awake and active. My body almost feels electric.

coffee really is bad for your sleep. only a few hours of sleep is possible but if you don't do it right it's very stressful.
Amazing guru's all around the world who are a mere 40 to 60 in age and look 80 and many don't even live very long lives. Go to any western gym and you will see senior citizens in there 70s who look amazing, working out like 20 year olds, training for marathons. Yes they may have had work done or even on prescriptions but regardless they live longer, look better and are even more active.

Whoever lives in love, lives forever. How selfish it is to try to keep something forever? Love is all about nourishing, nurturing, sharing and expanding the love within you for all. The principle to which we adhere to is that we have kindness of love at heart for the whole of mankind. As long as there is the unnecessary differences within us; we can not live peacefully so we have to eliminate all the unnecessary differences among us so we can love all. People abilities may vary but not there true love. If we love a person/ God for a reason then we love the reason but not the person. No reason is the reason to love the person because true love never fails. So do not compare or measure the true love as first or the last but love all truly. If you love people truly then you can understand people. If you don't love then you don't understand people at all. People are controlled by system why? The Cyclical Consumption is the current economy all over the World. It is making the scarcity problems of the earth finite resources to deteriorate day by day. Current Monetary System is legalised theft. Real money is Gold and Silver. Scarcity gives the money more value. Real money won't lose it's value. When Governments stay away from Gold & Silver then very easy to transfer the wealth / resources to upper class the Rich (Corporatocracy) Elite. When the Governments are printing out more new fiat currency with reserve banks, our old currency is losing its purchasing power everyday. They are printing millions of currency everyday. All governments and laws are existing right now to transfer wealth to upper class the rich elite. The USA Government & other Governments are in many countries, bailed the investment banks & financial institutions in 2008 against the majority of the people. There is no democracy in any countries. Because of the Money System based on profits motive only above all else even humans lives and well-being. So, we do not have freedom to protect our values with the money so on. The violence, bankruptcy & all the negativities are build into the Monetary System of our society. All are owned (including ourselves) by Reserve Bank. Which is private cartel the corporation. So, in legal system, we are legally considered as chattel the properties. They make money in the capital markets with our birth certificates. They do not consider us as Humans. That's the truth. We are at the invisible war with the Elites (Corporatocracies). We have to fight for our Freedom. Resource Based Economy is the Solution. We have to declare the earth resources as the heritage of all the people of this world. So everyone has access to it. Please have your research about zeitgeist movement then you know the truth more. Truth About Health/Drugs Industry Because Of It Your Life At High Risk The drug industry is a 1/2 trillion dollars a year worldwide conglomerate. Almost 300 billions dollars just in North America. That is really big business. What would happen if everyone were well? There is no money in health. You see, good health makes a lot of sense but it doesn't make a lot of dollars. Because everything they do is toxic. Every drug they use, prescription drugs, all drugs are liver toxic, bar none. If you've had amalgam fillings put in your mouth by dentists. It is highly toxic. There's cancer because most of the chemos are themselves carcinogens. To view the tumor as the cancer and we know the tumor is not the cancer. The cancer industry is 200 billions dollars a year. The more work they get, the more profit there is. You have to dismantle; If the truth ever came out about what we would need to do. 30% of people of females in America are at risk of getting, will get cancer of the breast. The ones that are already dead have been grossly mistreated by the medical profession and by the government that supposedly is supposed to encourage free research and development of all possibilities. I am not religious but very spiritual person. So, I believe 1) Religion is the beliefs in someone experiences But spirituality is having my own experiences. The mainstream religions people promote religious ideology by giving guidelines and guide but In my spiritual life; I do not want anyone or anything between God and me to restrict my freedom to worship God. 2) We do not need any authorities to do good work. The god work is the good work always. In contrast; organised mainstream religions are claiming that they have the authorities to do God works as leaders so on. 3) God is not capable of doing wrong thing, change the past for us and create anything out of nothing for us. Nothing means not anything. So, even God is limited. The mainstream religious people believe that God is unlimited. 4) God wants us to take responsibilities for our righteousness life but not for all the consequences of our actions because they are continued to exist among us. So, How can god punish us for all our consequences? The mainstream religious people believe we are full of sins because of all our actions. 5) Freewill is an illusion. People always choose the perceived path of greatest pleasure. So, we do not have choices all the time. In contrast teachings of the mainstream religions are promoting people to do god's will always because we all have choices of freewill always. 6) We can not separate everything into groups. So, everything for good and evil and there's no success and failure for everything. If everything is real then real things can not be threatened. Once you come to understand that God/The Holy Spirit is in each of us, You will no longer need a Book to tell you how to live. Then why we need religious scriptures? The Virtue is the expression of the basic goodness in our actions. The Basic goodness is the fundamental worthiness of every individuals. We are worthy to God always in everything. 7) Beliefs in a cruel God makes a cruel man. No matter what; every living creatures has the right to live and What makes their life cheap? Everything depends on everything. Nothing too big or too small in value. We can not love and hate at the same time; Being a vegetarian means love without cruelty happily. The mainstream religious people are killing people and sacrificing animals in the name of God. They promote God's cruel punishments. The Punishment is endless for Sinners/Devil according to religious scriptures. But God is love always. Overcome hate with love. If all religions for peace, unity? No way. Because they are not for peace. 8) Well, The God gave us everything to go from moment to moment in our lives as we do our part and pray only to thank god then the Love is in progress. The Love is always for everyone. We are always worthy of the God's love. Our greatest fear is; not to be loved by anyone but we are all loved by someone. When we eliminate all our unnecessary differences among us then true peaceful life is possible with the true love. If we can't find the peace within ourselves then we will never find it anywhere else. 9) This is the Fight for independence and freedom of humanity to worship God freely without religious guide and guidelines to restrict us. Unnecessarily, We do not want third party controls over us in anything ; especially in spirituality. 10) Revive Survive Thrive. Sincerely, The Real Peacemaker against religious oppression. Even If I know hundred percent, I am not going win, I can not live without giving my best; good fight. So to increase the possibility for others.

I like to sleep. I can’t imagine a day of 21 hours to fill. I look forward to ending my day, tucking it in and drifting of to dreams and relaxation. I do eat healthy. Not meat or dairy, mostly raw foods, no added sugar. I stay active when I am in my day, but truly cannot think of what in the world would keep me interested for 21 hours a day. RIP ME! Also I do not smoke or drink or take medications. And I don’t want to live to be 111 years old 🤨 at least I don’t think so. Who can afford it?

I will share with you my personal experience. I live in north west France. In winter the days are very short we dont see the sun so much and there are not a lot of fruits that can grow localy so they can arrive fresh on my plate. Most vegetables grown localy have to be cooked to be eaten. Most "fresh" food comes from far away so its not that fresh anymore once consumed (I precise I'm vegan). During winter, even though I am eating vegetable proteins like beens lentilns ans soja, I have cravings for sugars and coffee. I eat a lot of salads but I have a prefference to warm cooked food as the wearher is cord. As a results of all this during winter I tend to sleep more that 8 hours and find it difficult to wake up in the morning and discipline my sleep scedule is hard for me. During summer, the days were long and the sun was shining. I had managed to reduse my sleep time to 6 hours, I was exercising outdoors and eating lots of local and fresh vegetables and fruits and almost eliminated the coffee intake. I was feeling way more energised. What I want to say is there are many factors to take under consideration when it comes to finding an adapted way of nutrition and sleep. The stress of modern sociery is also a really important factor. People in western world must show they are always hyper dynamic and super productive with hight esteeme of themselves otherwise they face real difficulties on even finding a job... Introverts are concidered as week and lazy people that need psychotherapy to fit better in society. Its not only about eating and sleeping... I believe we need more spirutuality here in ocidental world.

It's possible. When I suffered from depression, I suffered from insomnia coz my anxiety would keep me up. However, generally especially in my early teens to early twenties I would manage with only 3 to 4 hours sleep and I felt great. I've noticed for myself when I'm happy I don't eat much and don't sleep much. However when I'm depressed I begin to eat more but still sleep less. I can only write this comment because I am more aware of my feelings or mental state than I was before... Though I did wonder at the time. Now, after my recent episode of depression...im back to my 3-4 hours of sleep each day (its been 3 months), iv lost weight.. Coz I'm not compulsive eating and I'm feeling great. Hope this helps. ✌️

yes same in ISLAM, we muslims fast from sunrise to sunset. we fast not only by refraining from food but also refraining from thinking negative, speaking negative, or doing or walking from all senses we have been gifted. so no external biasing, therefore the internal generation takes place. i believe we have come to times where we leave differences and come together as human beings and finding the common ground that will lead us to the truth.

The whole concept of less sleep is to be at ease all the time , sleep quota must be adjusted to the work that needed to be done while walking up, If the person is athlete he does need the sleep obviously , but the question is ,do we while doing our less stressful (if both physically and mentally ) desk job need same amount of sleep as the athlete does ? It's obvious that a baby need more sleep because of growth period, Some people lose energy and make themselves tired only by sitting uncomfortably , wrong postures and some people have bad habits of constantly shaking hands feet legs etc , which makes us tired, calmness is the key.

I'm a 167lb lean muscular guy I only eat one meal a day, throughout the day I mainly eat fruits, vegetables, nuts, and drink tea or coffee. I consume less than 1900 calories a day. I lift heavy weights, do cardio. I notice that even though I am somewhat slim, I am much stronger than most people around me, even those who are much bigger. Eating more will just increase your mass, which will make you stronger, but eating less will increase the quality of your muscles.

I believe that quality of "time" is characteristically different to each of our life. I do not see the benefit in comparing my precious life time or it's accomplishment with another person's because it only matters to me ultimately. I do not agree with sleeping less or none will give us more life time.
