Sleeping less is a crazy idea one needs to sleep enough to give brain to clean itself and reset.Recently he had brain issues because of less ,little sleep he had.He says ge is having 1 big meal a day he hasnt got clue about insulin,that's why he got big belly.

Every time i feel anxiety,or i felt bad or bad days,i listen to sadhguru advice..i went to his channel and listen to him..thanks for the inspiring advice,,most of all your videos i watched it many times again and again.. your the man with inspiring people...hope you will live longer and longer...❤❤

way to go lady we are magnificient beings lets bring ourselves to simple and beautiful living and not get sucked in the terrible process of life that is so consuming that these days social media is turning into an absolute poison potion making all the more living hard. Even I am distancing myself from the bad habbits which I acquired in past few years.

About sleeping two to 3 hrs is not recommended! When I think about it, if you spend a lot of energy as in construction work or other labor activities, you will need to have a good rest 7 hrs or 8hrs and eat more than once , or twice!

He speaks for himself, that he eats once a day. There are certain recommendations for all types of engagements, students, people who do physical jobs, etc., to make the best use of their own energy. He speaks in general terms, as a recommendation to those who practice yoga, or want to take something from the practice, in order to make optimal progress in it. Not as a unique recipe for every person on Earth.

Yeah, we call can't be suave gurus traveling the world in airline miles and sitting speaking and sitting traveling and sitting on our fancy motorbikes. Oh yeah and eating meat is evil. Because plants don't feel lain or are consciousness....wait er .....uh.....umm....huh

Agreed. But I reckon you will feel good at 7 hours following his advice as a labourer vs beers, ciggies, burger etc - then you could sleep 9 hours and still feel terrible 😂

I tell my friend hope to adjust sleep.sleep so important.disagree some ppl don't know say sleep too much waste time and life.at least 7 if can't 8 can't say that b cos sleep will help to maintain inner organs in better condition..sleep less sure hurt so cAnt think that way.i even advise my good friend sleep more rather than indulge in hsework.she nv care but what I say usually reasonable cos only two hours then she keep sleepy keep tired until she keeo fell down or sleep while doing hsesork n eat is very serious even reading newso sleepy all time.but I won't comment others alr can see better than he all day comment .man won't keep like that.relationship broken also becos of this.if he follow what I say then he sh know how our story end but he nv that is why keeo need my repeating.if he is normal man he will sure read what I say cos I do read..if my friend sleep enf she won't keep sleepy n tired so can concentrate on hsesork right or not rather than keep less sleep affect hsewok so is it better sleep well can do better than sleep less can't do .same right morever I told her I heartache seeing her like this is it this so sweet? Kind person will feel heartache with families friends .toxic pol they won't have the heartache feel only bad hearted Since I keeo say so much Abt his bad hearted that I don't have at all he need face .be humans kind heart always the best.jusge ppl first judge heart.. extremely bad hearted are over bad already..I treat he so true so good in the past alr keeo say I sh deserve better treatment are correct but can see my ckmne😢he 8 years keep do bad things to me proof all.good man will only admit really...bad man will keep escape.we can't escape what's happening one

Did you even watch? He didn't say sleep less. He said look at what you ear, how you eat it and do that conciously and with grattitude. Also don't eat too much, like 2 times a day. He said do this for 4 weeks and you might notice you need less sleep yet feeling energetic, alive and joyful (unless you have certain other problems which also ruin your sleep quality). So he didn't say sleep less and suffer from sleep deprivation.
