shaggy's mod is based on "ultra instinct shaggy" a popular meme where in one scene where shaggy couldn't be afraid, he beat up a biker gang threatening a all you can eat restaurant i think. later in multiverses (smash bros clone) shaggy has powers, and can teleport through diffrent worlds. its very silly, became a real thing in the future. thx capcom! The reason why you find God Eater so hard is because the Anti-Mash in this version of the Shaggy Mod is INSANE, you get punished like 10 notes of damage for spamming even SLIGHTLY. (You can CLEARLY see this at 16:11, when your health goes from completely full to suddenly taking a large burst of damage.) It’s the reason why it took like 4 hours for me to beat Talladega for the first time, those Triple/Quadruple Notes in the last half of the song were taking me OUT. The Gamejolt version of the Shaggy Mod actually nerfs this heavily, so I’m guessing you were playing the GameBanana version.

Shaggy always felt challenging but in a fair way. Getting used to extra keys was definitely a learning curve for most, but the engine was forgiving enough to ease you into it and I found myself getting used to it a lot sooner than I thought I would. Now I love 6 key songs and can consistently beat every 7 and 9 key song without any issues!

After all this time,the shaggy mod is still a top 3 for me. I loved all the songs (especially blast and disassembler) ,the 6 and 9 key mechanics were really fresh for me at that time and they were a lot of fun. It was like learning how to play the game again and the thing with shaggy knowing boyfriend can reset time is really cool (oh and some of the cutscenes were cool too)

talking about remastered matt songs, recently there is a matt mod called voiid chronicles which has really amazing remix for all the old matt songs (also a lot of new ones). The art, visual effects and charts are insane and there are still a lot of upcoming contents such as shaggy x matt voiid wiik, voiid wiik 4, voiid tricky, agoti etc...easily my favorite matt mod and definitely worth playing.

My keybinds are QWER CV *space* BN UIOP I use my thumbs to use CVBN as their own 4k keybinds plus the space bar (diamond) in the center of 12 keys making it 13k. A good example of multikey mods is the RonezKJ and spurk fnf mod. There are songs up to 18k and even a fan made 20k shaggy song if you play the shaggyverse mod.

I think a good matt mod to try out would be Robomaster's wiik 4, tons of songs (varying difficulties), tons of different composers, and it includes some songs from previous versions of the mod (not all good but hey they're there) and also includes wiik 1-3.

I used to be really big into the fnf genre. Could do songs like these 30> misses, but i had to stop because i had gotten a minor case of carpal tunnel and arthritis while playing due to the over-working of my muscles. some cool classic mods to play: VS Ex-Boyfriend (vs tabi) Starlight Mayhem (old w/ classic vocals) VS A.G.O.T.I. starlight mayhem had a remaster so make sure to play the classic version i think vs a.g.o.t.i. and starlight mayhem both run on the same engine, and vs a.g.o.t.i. has some very difficult charts (expert and insane), i’d say go hard if you don’t like constant doubles and jacks. oh and play bob (on hard mode)
