Angie, I’m back after a traumatic post 2020. My skin has aged dramatically from the trauma and neglect. It’s sort of symbolic in my healing process that I’m here today, watching you with hope again, caring about “self care”. To anyone who can relate, congratulations on your making it to the other side. I wish you all happiness and healthy, glowing skin 😊
@patriciam.1204 Жыл бұрын
We can get back to self care, it’s hard but is routine and routine is good post trauma , well it was for me. I got there with a basic routine adding in other products slowly, I didn’t use retinol until about a year of good basic care, we women are strong inside and we can heal but it takes some of us longer than others. I wish you lots of luck, you will get there trust me it did take me 6 years but I’m there and good. Xx (The retinol didn’t agree with me for some reason so was discarded) but we have a lot of choice these days.

Yes to tip #6! I let a spot on my forehead go for almost a year and found out quite by accident that it was cancer. I needed Moh’s surgery and now I look like someone took an ice cream scoop to my forehead. My experience led to my brother getting a skin check and he had stage 2B melanoma. You never know, it’s worth the annual trip to the doctor.

Hi Angie, great informative video as always! As an oncologist nurse, I want to point out the importance of wearing polarized sun glasses. Angie, just wanted to thank you for always providing such good information in what you share and so importantly, you have always properly disclosed codes and affiliates and sponsorships. Not only is it obviously the law, but I appreciate you doing it the right way! A lot of influencers do not or try to hide it a bit and that always feels icky to me. So I’m proud and feel confident supporting you and using your links when something you share interests me. In my experience you have never tried to be sneaky with your audience. Seem like a strange thing to applaud but when it’s rare in the influencer world you tend to notice the ones that do it right. Also, not sure if you’re still interested in vlogging but I loved the vlogs you have posted occasionally in the past and would to see a few more!

I found my HG for the colder season. As I do not well with hyaluronic acid and I do not tolerate fragrance and dye in my skincare, and my budget is tight, I was very limited. But then I discovered that I can buy glycerin at the pharmacy, a strong humectant, for no money. It’s brilliant, and goes a loooog way, as no more then two drops are needed at night time, one at day time. Best skin ever. Not oily, but so plump and luminous. 😊 win win ❤

@margot9647 Жыл бұрын
@beverleyjones4313 it's a hybrid fractional laser. So it does surface and deep. It's more precise. It helps get rid of surface damage and really stimulates collagen. First hour after you feel like you have a bad sunburn. Days following it feels like you let glue dry on your face, odd, but doesn't hurt. You don't really want to go anywhere for about a week. Then you have baby fresh skin around day 7ish. About 4-6 months you really notice the collagen. I had a lot of sun damage. I didn't think it was possible to get my face the color of my body that saw little sun. It was an investment. But was worth it to me.

You introduced me to the haru haru sunscreen, and I can’t thank you enough. I use many of the products you recommend, and they have made a remarkable difference for me. As a side note, I have been using the glossier stretch foundation and concealer, and I’m impressed. If I use it like a regular foundation, it’s too heavy. I tap my ring finger on the concealer and tap it under my eye, and my cursed blu vein disappears. If I put on just a little with fingers, it’s beautiful. It actually looks better through the day than when I first put it on. Again, less is more:)

Sometimes I think that is a reason I am not getting the desired results, is that I am not using them in the correct order. Thank you! Love your channel and you!

Angie, love love your channel!! My neck is very sensitive, even to the Derma E eczema cream, ending up with the same itchy, pealing results. Almost by accident I’ve realized that if I use the vitamin E face oil that I use to cleanse waterproof makeup (double cleanse), if I use it to cleanse the sunscreen on my neck, it pretty quickly stops the irritation. So, two questions: 1) vitamin E face oil, is it Ok for makeup cleansing (combined with other non oil cleanser)? and 2) is it Ok as a sunscreen cleanser on neck and chest? Thank you!!!

I really really want to love agency agency. I want to simplify and combine all my skin care. Im not new to tret. But using agency tret makes my skin so dry and flaky. I just never ends. All i do is recovery and try agency again and recovery again. Im still on the trial period but at this point im ready tp give up 😢

Good morning Angie ❤️ Great video. Just saw my dermatologist. My skin has become so sensitive from being ill & new medications. I'm backing of to retinaldehyde every other night & he recommended the Derma E cream. I already had it because of your recommendations...thank you. But honestly, I hadn't thought to use it. It really feels good. He also recommended that I switch back to a mineral sunscreen...did you 2 talk..LOL! Just goes to show how awesome your tips are. I love Fall! Have a great weekend ❤❤❤❤

Hi Mary, oh I'm so bummed you're dealing with sensitivity & so happy you already had your Derma E cream ready to go! It's really great at soothing irritation! Happy Friday! xo ~a.

Hi Angie, first time leaving a comment. Love your channel & content always so informative & helpful! Got started on Timeless serums bc of you! Love them! I have a Question about how you use your Derma-e cream: do you use it at nighttime AFTER your nightly skin care routine as a last step? I’ve ordered it from Amazon and I’m eager to use as I sometimes develop extremely sensitive neck/ chest depending on my skin care & weather. Please advise! Thanks
