Does the blue collar need to be replaced after you hit the target block? Is it east to pull out too?
@ExplorersWorkbench2 ай бұрын
@@dajahvue I haven’t had to replace the collar yet. It’s not that bad pulling out of the morrel target, but it chews up the target pretty fast.

Your groups will get better if you touch the riser with your finger tips. An open hand will cause you to flinch on release.

This is a solid point! I always touch the riser with my index finger. The rest are war off to the side. Try holding a lighter with your middle, ring finger and pinky and let the index lightly touch the riser

Try to keep your fingers down while holding the bow. You do not want them to get in the way of that broad head while your heart rate is up and you are aiming at a deer. Take your bow in and make sure it is tuned and shooting bullet holes through paper. Timing may be off. Hope it helps. Good luck this year.

Your shooting pretty good but it could be better. Go watch some of John Dudley's Nock-on School of Nock series from a couple years ago. You can find it on his Nock-On youtube channel. I believe it will help you with your grip as it looks like it needs some work. However keep practicing and if possible practice at longer distances. Your closer shots will become easy once your long distance shooting improves. Good Luck!!

Please close your grip hand. Don’t death grip, just relax your fingers on the riser. The last thing you need is to lose a finger because of it.

Meatseeker copy cat. Make sure it doesn't blow open upon release from to much kick/speed. I'd use the V-2. Keep it low profile and blow through. I can change the Seals on a meatseeker. I'm not sure about the retainment system for the blades on these. When it gets old? Will it fail. I can put a new seal on my meatseekers, Cheap. Hard kicking setups tend to blow them open upon release. Meatseekers work fine out of my compound. But, prematurely open coming out of my 400 FPS Xbow. 3 Blades are Bomb.

@@ExplorersWorkbench don't worry about him ... some of these jokers think they're experts. 3-4" groups at 40 is plenty good to get the job done. I think he doesn't realize his perspective is off since the size of the dot is 2.5". Relax that bow hand though. Instead of pointing your fingers straight out, let that hand just be loose and relaxed, otherwise your inducing tension in to your palm, which translates to torque in the bow. Just a "fine tuning" form thing.
