And this exercise is not only about becoming better in bed...it is also an exercise for getting your 3rd eye active. A good sport to help is doing gymnastics. I have been a gymnast. And believe me, I can tell... ;) But don't know how long it takes. But I did gymnastics half my live. The effect of 3rd eye I felt when I was about 12-14 years old. This power and energy with positive vibes felt amazing. Life was like easy going in every step. Charisma was like 1000%. This exercise is magic. (When you do long and intense enough I think)

@@genbeaudry5063 Yes, it activates the amygdala. Maybe therefore a lot of training is needed. We as gymnasts trainend 4x a week 2 hours and on top of training we have had lots competitions. So, why does that trains the amygdala? As gymnasts, we had to tense our legs for a long time and probably also tensed the but and also the muscles between our legs, which then had the side effect of activating the amygala.
