I am very new to the trading scene, watched an almost 2 hour tutorial on how to trade options, but I still don't really get it. I really want to learn how to properly do it. I read these charts wrong most times. Do you ever trade for others? I'm interested. I have about $95k set aside to test the financiaI market waters.

Options are not like normal financial instruments. Even in the normal structure they are complicated. You cannot expect to understand them from 2h video. Especially if you want to do more than hedging.
@Grace.milburn Жыл бұрын
It's really not as difficult as many people presume it to be. It just requires a certain level of diligence, which is something ordinary lnvestors lack, and so a financiaI advsor often comes in very handy.

You underestimate how much people make from just Investing with proper guidance. I started with $127k just before the pandemic hit. Many people's portfolios tanked, but I rode through with my financiaI advsor, and even made over $285k in profit alone within just five months of active sessions. It's been an awesome ride since then.

FINALLY someone tells the truth about indicators. I've tried trading from so many of them- RSI, Stocastics, Bollinger Bands, etc.... They are ALL random. There is no such thing as "overbought" or "oversold." The markets do whatever the people make it do. Support/Resistance is my favorite. I prefer equal level zones, as opposed to diagonal lines. That's just preference. The neatest thing for me is when it keeps going into those zones on the same day. You can literally see the bulls or bears trying so hard to break through, and you know at some point, it's probably going to happen. That happened the past 2 days on the indices. It's so tough to break through, and when it does, you can literally see it shoot through, as if it broke through a wall.

I been trading the SPX, just scalping $1.00 on the premium (options) It’s a quick high average win rate. Because you’re only shooting for that quick dollar. In the morning, it usually hits within 2-5 min. 10c will get a quick $1000, or 5c $500 ect… sometimes ill only do one contract but ill pick on a day and instead of scalping the dollar ill let it run a couple dollars or more depending on the day.

Thank you Riley! I am a new student but been watching your videos since I was lucky enough to discover you on YT after I opened my account last February. I am on the east coast (TN) and just FYI there is a 4-hour difference between pacific and eastern time (A total of 3 other time zones between west and east coast) so 7am PST is 11am EST. I've heard many markets have dips and swings of recovery after pre-market fluctuations, but never really felt confident enough, so I'm very grateful that you explain the typical process when those happen. It's also helpful to discover a mentor whose brain interprets and can explain processes in the same way that mine does.

Riley, I watch a lot of your videos & really enjoy your content. Once you enter a trade, do you have any advice on holding the trade longer? That's my biggest weakness. I see green & just "take it" because I want to lock in a winning trade, Or do you simply just place your bracket & just let it go until you either get stopped out or hit your target? I see where you do move your stop loss & I understand that. I just need to learn how to hold cause I leave a lot of money on the table. My entries are usually good. My trade management/exits sucks. Thank you
