Dear David, Not too long ago, i was listening your experience on how you found your wife thru the guidance of the Holy Spirit. I belong to a Christian denomination in which that is our practice in finding a wife, if God calls us to marriage. Sorry for not posting this experience on that video, but I don't remember which one it was. This is my story. Our church has a custom of having a morning service and an afternoon service with a lunch in between. This stems from persecution in Switzerland in the middle 1700's. The single group was serving lunch on Mother's day when God started to speak to me. We had just finished the preparation of the lunch and I was standing in line for a glass of milk. The thought came, "wouldn't it be wonderful and marvelous if the one you were to marry would take your glass and get you some milk?" What a weird thought, but just as I laughed at it, someone came up to me and asked if I needed some milk. I was shocked, but answered yes. That morning's service had a story in it about trusting, even when we can't see. Later, in the same evening, our house had invited the single group over for a singing. I was living in a house with several other fellows. Anyway, at the end of the singing, I went into the kitchen to get some snacks ready. As I went back into the livingroom, i heard the Spirit say to me to look and see. She's separate and sitting upon a rock for you. I looked and sure enough this one sister in faith was playing the piano, but it did seem to be so; even though there was a crowd around her. The next evening, I stopped by church to cover some annuals that were recently planted to protect them from freezing. Someone else was helping me, but it was quite a job, as it was windy. While working the Spirit told me that wouldn't it be wonderful and marvelous if the one you were to marry would come and help you with this? I once again laughed, but while I was laughing, a car pulled up and the same sister came up to me and asked if we needed help! We finished the job and I headed home. On the way the Spirit said, "wouldn't it be wonderful and marvelous if your best friend will be at your house to meet you?" I thought what a crazy thought. He lived over a hour away and had just told me in a phone call a few nights prior that He was extremely busy and couldn't get together that week. I pull into the farm yard. It was dark, but an recognizable car was parked out front. I got to the door and my best friend opened it up to let me in. I was baffled and said what are you doing here? He told me that the Spirit told him to come visit me right away and then he asked me what was up. I told him everything. A few days later, I went to visit our church elder and put in a marriage proposal for her. He later contacted her and gave her the proposal. It was then her turn to see what the Spirit would guide her as to say yes or no. We've been married now 25 years. Sorry for so long a story, but God can and does lead us in all parts of our life, if we let Him. Sincerely mark just a pilgrim.

You could be like me and deprived of Christian friends. Stepping out of the dark is tough, but you gotta do it. Others can help you keep your candle lit, a family a wife and children purpose and fellowship. But you gotta commit to the body not just yourself, you'd be an island. When I pray Jesus is always there to help me stay out of the dark, the holy spirit always encourages me to keep moving keep praying. A small prayer is still a prayer, when your faith is dwindling you gotta hang on and you gotta get busy and Jesus won't let you go either because he knows your pain.

Hey, if anyone is reading this I hope you can help. So I was and am struggeling with pmo. I hate it and it breaks me everytime when I give in but last time when I was on my longest streak I failed and something horrible happened. So, I'm a born again guy, a christian who is alone (God is with me but no fellow believer atleast I didn't find anyone). Like no friends and my family is pagan/atheists only my mom is a christian (but she refuses to read the Word because she thinks it's made by some random guy and I don't even remember her reasons. The point is she just rejects it and tries to live her own ways. I hope her eyes will open up soon.) but she is still a "baby christian", she thinks, talks and acts carnally but I love her but she can't really help me in the following stuffs. I was always a worrier and most of the times alone and isolated. I was just trying to be a christian and do everything that I can to be more like Jesus Christ. Pray without ceasing, read the Word (for atleast 1 hour a day), fast and follow His teachings. After a while I forgot about God's love and joy and that I should enjoy being with Him and all this turned into a "grinding". I was like a monk. Reading scripture and watching sermons teachings and these sermons were always like "If you are not worried you are in danger!" and content that made me more anxious, so I thought that I should always worry and fear everything that tries to go for my attention. Like for this summer I literally got anxiety attacks, blowing out in tears, I was so stressed that my hair started falling out and my heart is going down (btw I'm 16 and 75-78 kg and 192 cm) because now I feel like I'm going to faint every time I get up. The last time I failed God it was so horrible and felt unbareable, so much anxiety and stress and hoplessness and fear. Something had broke in me. After that day I'm not the same. I can't really feal emotions. I'm losing my faith. I got so frustrated with my self that "WHY CAN'T I LOVE YOU LORD? WHY CAN'T I JUST LOVE YOU?" Now I feel like I'm wandering away but in another frustrated prayer I was saying "I don't know how painful will it be, how much time will it take to get my faith back or how can I pray with love and joy again but I know one thing that I. NEED. JESUS. AND I'M NOT WILLING TO GIVE UP MY LIFE THAT IS IN HIM FOR THIS DAMNED WORLD! I DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED OR WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN BUT I HATE SIN AND AM NOT WILLING TO GO BACK TO THE WORLD! It's either me getting back my passion for Christ or trying everyday, pleading, fasting till I'm dead but I don't want to lose Christ. So maybe I've gone crazy (at this point I could not care less), but I know who is my life. If I lose Jesus than I'm dead. Please pray for me! I keep trusting Him even if I don't feel anything I know God is not leaving me and the Holy Spirit is with me. I mean who would motivate me to get back to God if not His Holy Spirit? Well, blessings to y'all and I hope you guys won't experience this. May God's name be glorified forever in Jesus Name. Amen🙏
