Great video, Only thing with the end part about logging out - New resources will require lvl 205 to start gathering, so even if you log out at the Mythril vein, the second you log into expansion you'll have to go and level up your mining skill to 205 anyway..

Yep and thats where you can open your crates of gathering xp and hopefully its enough xp to get you close to 205, if not yeah some ori ore for example to top you up 🙂

@@LiamHYT the crates just contain the blue refining xp item you would get by gathering the current highest tier node. So like the legendary mining crate just has 2 unusual ore in it which you need to go to a forge to use to gain the refining xp. Great vid btw and thanks for making it!

4:06 you can save the Abnormal and Strange ore / resin etc. and level the gathering skills up by crafting all the xp in the respective stations

I think the only thing as a new player you shouldnt do its the quests in Brimstone Sands because they said that they will increase the item rewards from those quests to 620/5 If I remember correctly.

named items you have now to 625 yeah, but they will be useful abit until you then start in the expansion zone and get much higher GS items / new items :) but yeah mentioned brimstone at the start :)

@@LiamHYT I know you mentioned it but you said to do all the quests and the quest currently doesn't give you 625 items so better do all other quests and when the expansion is on then we can just do them, especially for new players. If we also get a mount would be even better.

After I spending 3 hours preparation, except furniture and cooking，all my other refining and crafting skill can be upgrated to 250 at very first time.and i got sufficient unusual materials for leveling up gathering skill and just need time to spend all these things. i am ready for the expansion

You can use only 3 of each gathering skill experince items daily. There will be a cap for it..

Yep as mentioned there is a cap on those xp crates of 3 a day but you can still stack say 5 days worth unless your plan is to login then farm untill 250, then just save 3 of each xp crate type 🙂

The blooming 600GS pattern sets will be nice for expansion. when Corrupted ward gets swapped with health perk, all set will be Elemental aversion, health, luck. And luck will help you get those new items to drop at higher gearscore.

Luck just affects the chance of a named item dropping if there are named items available in the pool of drops, luck wont affect the level of gear score items drop at 🙂

Nope, as i said this isnt a guide for you to max everything in the expac, its a prep now so you can focus on xpac content and not have to 'waste' time going back and doing all the things i listed 🙂

Could you tell me if it's actually useful to stack gypsums? I only play PVP and don't rly plan on crafting anything... is there any use for those or should I get as much shards as possible to convert it into gold when expansion hits?

Gypsums will be used in some crafting / upgrading heart runes etc, you don't need a ton but say 50 will be useful for the start of the expansion

About the weapon leveling, i personal would get everything to 15 because the exp from 15-20 is easier than it use to be. Of course thats just what im doing

true, but using the method I put in the description box you can do 15-20 in 15 mins, also if you do it now you can just focus on the flail when the expansion releases and no need to spend time levelling the other weapons, you can just crack on with more expansion content :)

If you have lots of OPR chests or rusher gear and umbrals you don’t mind using, would recommend upgrading that gear for easy legos. 599 to 600 is only 60 umbrals. Just gotta find the space to store it lol

Dont convert gypsum into orbs because on the season 3 pass you have quests that want you to convert gypsum into 1 gypsum orb

Stockpiled over 100k timeless and over 100k ability charms + 20k green patterns and few thousand 600 patterns. Patterns will be wasted most probably but still expecting pretty large profit especially if charm prices explode :P

I can't really recommend going to new map at start, it will be packed insanely. I will just level my trade skills in town, bought tons of tolvi, cinna etc and putrid bark etc for crafting high exp dungeon gear. I will just craft them for each trade skill and hit 250 as soon as possible. If i have extra left i will begin crafting for creates as they will drop new prismatic materials. Bought them quite cheap so it will be profitable for sure.

That changes depending on a few things, PvE or PvP, healer tank or dps, also what weapons are you using then determines what perks to go alongside it + meta changes every now and then as the devs update and balance the game, BIS now may not be BIS in 5-6 weeks for example

Not pointless at all, for example ive got all mine to 20, i can login and do the flail, you'd have to login and level up 10 weapons you left at lower levels, whilst your doing that im off exploring new content 😜 remember i said this is a guide so you can prep now to allow you to focus on just the new content when it releases 🙂
