Both of your conversation is truly thought provoking...I truly enjoyed your conversation with my all ears...you talked about a self help books name... atomic habits... it's really a powerful self help book and we can learn lots of practical idea's form this book ...like, consistency is the key of success,set goals,first we have to trick concious brain by giving small rewards , we have to set small goals and after achieving this we have to give rewards to ourselves ...for instance daily after completing a task like listening 1 orr 2 english conversations...I used to listen my favourite songs😅...and after 21days ,it is automatically habitual for it...✨...Today I learned lot of new things from your conversation too❤...
