When everything is included why is parking and plc ,club fee charged extra, the loading is above 40% and maintenance charged on super area. Seems to much fraud n scam by builders

Exactly brother, builders have made a joke with 40-45% loading with 2600-2700 flats having such small bedrooms…. And maintenance already reaching 10k in many societies…things have become a joke.
