You should also add lifts per floor as it’s very important factor after occupancy

At 10:19 it should say All in price : *including* stamp duty and registration. Because you have to pay both out of your pocket.

@@kedarisgreat does hdfc decreases home loan interest rate automatically when repo rate decreases? or do we need to pay some extra amount to decrease the interest rates? I heard in SBI, they does this automatically. Thanks

@@SiddharthNahataJain You have to pay to reduce. For me it is like “a known devil is better than an unknown devil” The good thing about HDFC is it’s in branch service. It’s very good.

When everything is included why is parking and plc ,club fee charged extra, the loading is above 40% and maintenance charged on super area. Seems to much fraud n scam by builders

Exactly brother, builders have made a joke with 40-45% loading with 2600-2700 flats having such small bedrooms…. And maintenance already reaching 10k in many societies…things have become a joke.
