Spacers don't work on some cars, i tried them on my is250 and after a while of driving i received high voltage and pcm codes

P0430 is catalytic converter low efficiency left bank. This is the driver's side downstream O2 sensor.

If your in California or New York or Colorado, none of these will pass a smog test. The extender is simply a spark plug non fouler.
