Thank you so much for posting this video. I was feeling pretty lonely because today is my birthday and I thought I didn't have anyone to celebrate it with. Right after I finished tapping along to this video I got a call from a friend inviting me out tonight with her and her husband. Yay for friends! =o)

That was incredibly powerful. I came here because of my loneliness due to lack of connection during the pandemic, but this tapping session revealed something so much deeper. You hit the nail right on the head, it's the belief that being alone is easier than being with people, and the fear of being seen. Thank you so much Brad, I'll be doing this one everyday.

Thank you so much. When I first started this tap, I was just sitting there doing it, then a huge dam of pain broke and I started crying hard, but I didn't stop doing the tap, I kept going through the tears. By the end of the session I felt great and my eyes were dry!! Thank you!!!

Hi Brad, this helped a great deal. We just moved to a place in the middle of the countryside, its peaceful, beautiful and yes, lonely. All by my own choosing, choosing lonely to be safe.I've done it all my life, thinking I was strong and safe, alone. Its time to let people in. Many thanks for your help again

This is the first time that I have experienced a release with tapping. Almost straight away I started crying and continued to cry all the way through. The toothbrush bit made me feel so comforted. Thank you Brad for sharing this tapping.

Oh, my God!!! I have been so unloved and lonely, with a nagging feling thatI amnot beautiful enough.Of late, it has becomean obssession, but when I consider getting out of my cocoon and going out there, I quickly shelve the idea, asusual. Miraculously, as I was browsing, I came across the idea of Tapping, and here I am, tapping along with you. I feel much better, and kinda relieved, and will be more communicative with people around me. Thank you so much Brad.

Thank you Brad. Your videos help me out a lot when I'm in between sessions with my practitioner. This one in particular was very healing - I never realized how much I CHOOSE to feel alone, even in a room full of people. I cried, and then I laughed at the absurdity of it. Thanks, and be well.

Unbelievable! You made this five years ago and I am here in Australia benefiting today from the profound warmth and wisdom. I was crying when 'we' got underway. On a scale I was right up there at 10. By the end, now, I am back to zero! Since I have discovered you I have been a real fan, have bookmarked your videos and use your videos every day. I particularly love Not my Circus, Not my Monkeys! But your stuff on dealing with chronic emotional pain is exceptional.

I can't believe I'm saying this, as I have no reason to feel lonely at all today - as I've connected with so many good people who cared about my well-being - but I felt a tremendous sense of loneliness come over me today.
