*COMMON QUESTIONS* *1)How many times a week?* Twice a week. This was an acceleration session. The next session would be agility/change of direction. *2)After or before strength training/gym?* Before *3) How much rest? DON'T TURN TO CONDITIONING* Plyos: 30 seconds between sets Sled Contrast: 90 seconds /rep Angular Runs: 45-60sec /rep Conditioning: In video *4)What if I have no sled?* Use a band or replace with hill

Hi, so Im thinking about starting working out in the Gym. I went to the Gym and ONLY did strength, I did not do any explosiveness, power, acceleration etc. So now Im trying to find a program that will give me the best results on the pitch (I also want to get much faster). So my question: Is there any gym program that I can get or do you have a gym program that is good and that I should do? Without paying anything. Because I really want to get back to the gym with a good program.

Whats good brother, I need help with making a gym program to make me improve on the pitch as much and fast as possible. I used to have a gym program which took 3 days to make, but that was ONLY strength (I followed this for about 2 months), I didnt know what i was doing. It led to me getting bigger and gaining size in my legs for example, which wasn't supposed to happen and all of my goals for this program was twisted, I wanted to get faster...I got a bit slower. The ONLY thing Ive improved, is my strength. I win most of my close combats, but THATS IT. I wanna avoid doing that again, I watched your video about how to make a program. But I didnt understand, I messaged you on Instagram, but I dont think you've seen it. Please help me brother, I wanna improve and make a really good program, but I dont know how to make one and where to start. I cant buy a program too, so I cant buy your program...Im 15 btw

If this is something that is truly important to you and a footballing career is something you want, you need to see purchase as investments. I have all the free content anyone can ask for. @@ArmasStrength Yes brother its not that I dont have the money to purchase your program, its that my parents wont let me, no matter what I do, they wont let me purchase...and I never understand youtube videos that brings this topic up. I just wanna avoid my last mistake, cuz I dont know ANYTHING, like I mean ANYTHING about gym programs, like you can give me a really bad gym program and I'll think that its the best one out there. Like seriously I dont know what to do brother.
