Just got home from Tenerife over the Christmas. What an amazing place and amazing weather, hardly any wind and hot (compared to the negative degrees in Scandinavia). Its also amazing because it is hilly and different scenery, and the drivers are actually very friendly towards cyclists. The only downside is that its all hilly, was hard to make a "flat" route, the guy in the bike store told me a section of "relatively flat" road which ended up having a 7km 5% climb and then a 4km downhill lol. But amazing, also night life and everything else is also great.

I lived in Wollongong for a year. But wasn’t really into road cycling yet back then… i did some cycling but not a lot. I think it can be good if you know where to go 🙌🏻

What's up jasper You need to come to south africa there is not alot of nice roads to ride on with a road bike but the mountain bike and gravel bike it is a dream it has soeper nice climbins and trails that is kept up with the locals The best time to stay there is from November till February. when it is in summer and it is nice and hot. 🎉
