Can you explain why the 100-200mGs magnetic field that comes from power lines is bad for you, or how it impacts any "detox" protocols? 100mGs is literally a fifth of the earths magnetic field and about 1/1000th of a fridge magnet, are you seriously claiming that a field this weak and low-frequency could interfere with the human body in any meaningful way?

If you use the sauna daily for one hour 7 days a week? Please take the reading do you have to stay 6 feet away . What is a safe distance so the EMF does not reach you. Looks like a person sits very close to the EMF field. You are still too close. Need to be greater than 6 feet away to get the benefit of the heat with 0 EMF readings. I stay in for 1 hour a day 7 days a week.
