There are literally Insider articles and entire KZbin explaining why they taste so different. Literal professional chefs have explained why they are so different (they use different ingredients, Pepsi with citric acid and Coke with Vanilla Raisin). XqC on stream was able to tell you the distinct difference between them.

I like how they were blindfolded for the water round so that they wouldn't be able to easily spot the cucumber water, even though all 4 of them could immediately smell it. Also I found the headshot of Jackson with a blindfold on doing the intro for that round oddly funny, especially when he moved his head in the direction of all the different waters while saying what they are like he knew which one each of them was, even though he had no idea.
