then I have news for you. The reason you barely hear about these anymore is, well, they running out of it but also they getting less and less effective due to the operator has to get into 3km of the tank. Russian tanks now usually accompanied by drones with thermal optics and many AT team got destroyed before they could get in range. With the fighting moving toward open plains. So yes, it can kill the tank, but getting into range is increasingly difficult

A cage above the turret with reactive armor on it will save a lot of tanks. A shaped charge only work with a certain distance to the target.

Javelin are double explosion, the main charge might still hit the tank but it's expensive one shot one Ferrari.

@@ansonang7810 Yes 2 explosions but one chaped charge and a chape charge dont work when there is to much space between the turret and cage, a shape charge only works when the distance is smaller than 30cm and even then it lose a lot of power, the double explosion is good but not with a meter distance. The cage has also reactive armor he for the first explosion and shaped charge, it doesnt have a tungsten penetrator or so, just explosiom and straight on the tank and its game over for the tank but with enough distance the tank will survive, at least is has much more chance to survive

Javelins turned out to be ineffective in Ukraine. They only had success in the first weeks until Russians adapted. Now they are forgotten. Fact. Same with Abrams or Leopards or Strykers or Bradleys. All were "wonder weapons" like the Reich's Panther and Tiger tanks in 1943.

Uhh, because NATO gave them more military aid than any proxy war in my modern military history l. Sort of like asking "Why didn't the US defeat North Vietnam quickly?". Vietnam had half the population than Ukraine now, and was far poorer, and smaller. Ukraine is going to lose this war, and there's absolutely nothing NATO can do.
