Regarding the caffeine, I suffer with OCD and was thinking about quitting coffee but then I came across some research that said that it can actually help people with OCD. I have suffered with OCD for most of my life and sadly I have to take antidepressants but otherwise my diet is quite good. I also drink about three or four cups of fresh coffee a day. I feel very tired in the morning until I've had a couple of cups of coffee so I guess I'm just drinking it to feel normal again. Have tried quitting before and felt so depressed and demotivated due to the changes occurring in my brain. I don't recommend anyone taking up the habit of drinking coffee.
