We couldn't leave Vietnam without trying their KFC. But did we love it?
It was definitely a fun experience travelling to Vietnam with our closest friends. A lot of laughs and a lot of good memories. It's a country with it's highs and lows but ultimately, a great destination to visit once in your life.

After further research, I think I got food poisoning from that melon drink. It was syrup and crushed ice. NEVER DRINK THE ICE!!!

Madison Tucker Most food chains in Asia actually have really good, high quality food. They turn over food very fast so it’s not like food ever sits. At least for the fast food chains and 7-11s. I can’t speak for the hole in the wall restaurants, but most fast food places in Asia are very very safe and 9 out of 10 times they’re better then any US branch. When traveling, I would say 95% of the time it’s the ice or water that will get you. ALWAYS go for bottled water, and never try any cold drinks unless it’s your last day. Usually any bug in the water will take 24-48 hours to show itself. Hopefully by then you’ll be home. The worse is if it hits you on a bus or plane. I wouldn’t want anyone running to the toilet every 10 minutes while traveling. It’s hell on earth.

1 tablespoon of manuka honey, the juice of 1 lemon, 1/2 cup of hot water (to melt the honey), 1 tablespoon chia seeds and the rest with room temperature water every day for you guys. It really helped me. Get well guys!

I lived in Vietnam for 3 months and didn't get food poisoning once. But I always ate from the lovely ladies on the street or restaurants where locals would go and which had a quick turn around. It must have been those fast food chains and buffets. :P
