Total loss in a year in CE = 50K * 12 = 6L
You need to sell Equity to compensate the loss in CE
May need to sell cash secured PUT to buy the shares

Hi jagan another scenario, share is in bear mode. You might be getting profit on call but loss in share which must be greater than profit in call. What u do in such scenarios

He may sell another call again or... shorting futures or buying put option with the premium earned by selling call.. or placing selling put option and may invest again at low cost.... just for assumptions only... these may be the options we have.... Jagan sir correct me if am wrong

When the price go up, you get to keep the premium from sold call (that's your profit). The risk is when the price goes down.

@@richardpaul3295 the answer depends on where the future price stays on expiry day.. we cannot tell directly that he will receive premium from sold call when market moves up(what if it moves above the strike where he sold call??), and problem is when market goes down (what if, still it expires above his future bought value?) I meant to say, if he bought future at 100 and sold call at 200. And if the market expires at 150 he will still make money on both future and sold call.. if market goes down and expires at 90 he will make profit from call alone and not in future..
