This track was on the cusp of garage transitioning to grime, it was the first time anything that resembled grime music made it to number 1 in the charts and broke into the mainstream. They were due to travel to the States but 2001 was a rough year obviously with 9/11 and restrictions were put in place which scuppered a lot of that(idk the details this is just what I’ve heard a lot, I think it was something to do with Def Jam Records). Also, Romeo made a track with Christina Milian, if you remember her. Lisa Maffia had a solo career too, she had a hit with “All Over”.
