Spot on! I worked with Nate for a couple years in Michigan just as the online sales thing was taking off. It definitely doesn't need to be either/or, but a both/and relationship with online and locals. The honesty about the margins is appreciated too! Always had to fight the misconception that stores are marking up guitars so high that you can dicker hundreds and thousands of a guitar.
