The best way to answer this question is how my Dad answered most of my questions about the Bible: God Commands us to do certain things-it is our love in return that Compells us to love him back. In other words, we love him back because he first loved us. We are saved soley by Faith alone, but our love in return for everything he's done for us compells us to keep his commands and do our best both as Christians and as human beings.

I'm so glad Nader asked this question, as it's constantly on my mind. And I'm always asking this same question in my prayers about agonizing (striving) and taking the kingdom by force vs. believing. Striving is referring to taking trust off of ourselves and trusting christ and his finished work for believers. My hope is built on nothing less than Jesus blood and rightiosness

When everyone else fell away from Jesus (John 6:66) and Jesus asked His disciples, “You do not also want to go away, do you?”, Peter replied, “Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life. We have believed and have come to know that You are the Holy One of God.” Jesus answered him, “Did I not Myself choose you, the twelve, and yet one of you is a devil?” (meaning Judas Iscariot). So Peter, out of desperation, knew he had nowhere else to go but stay at Jesus’s side, yet through this it was revealed that Jesus chose him.

We have to strive to have the rest Hebrews 4:9-11 "There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God. For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his. Let us labour therefore to enter INTO THAT REST, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief" IF WE DO NOT FEEL PEACE AND REST BUT WORRY THAT WE DOING SOMETHING WRONG, IT IS STRIVING FOR SALVATION AND IS CALLED EXAMPLE OF UNBELIEF/WORKS

I am asking for prayers for my teenage daughter who is getting into Wiccan and astrogeology. If she opens her third eye what will happen to her and will she still be able to be saved. She also what's to be very malupating and into some kind of pron I think. Please please pray for her to be protected and to come to God. Thank you and God bless you.
