Watching videos like this one reminds me not to care what others think and just do me. I love people like you who are so honest and say it how it is. I love you. I wish i was like you in the since of not caring what people think or say and living my life to the fullest. I struggle with anxiety and depression i lost my significant other to Covid and 4 other close people to me for the same reason in 8 months, and it's been a struggle to uplift myself. Your videos help me so much that they motivate me to live life and just make myself happy. Cause at the end of the day, that's all that matters. Because I never know when it all can come to an end.

What I thought was my gut was sometimes my anxiety and my anxiety has steered me wrong in the past… I’m working with my therapist to do exposure despite my anxiety’s signals not to do something, but I’m still in my 20s so I’m hoping in my 30s I’ll have more experience discerning my gut/ higher self and my anxious/ self limiting beliefs. Can’t wait to tap into that gut instinct and get on Kristin’s level of self trust & self love.

"I am whole" I love this. And what a mind f. Growing up with a narcissistic dad, I feel that. It took me to work on MY shadow work to realize these SAME things. I realize how dumb I was to hold onto people and things. Things that brought so much toxicity that I didn't realize until I got out of it. And unfortunately my mom passing for all of it to come to a head. But holy shit do I see clearer now! 😂

I’m older than you but I have always been a big fan of yours and the funny thing is I’ve always thought you were SO confident. And sadly, “hurt people, hurt people.” What you put into the universe you will get back. I’ll give you a couple examples I’m the oldest daughter and my sister is nine years younger than me and I literally remember saying quite often if my sister gets married before me I have no idea how’ll handle it, I’m going to be so pissed. And guess what? It sure AF happened and guess what I survived….lol. As far as body image issues I’ve dealt with…….it’s pretty much been my whole life of wanting to be thinner. Well I now have five autoimmune disorders and the one that is kicking my ass has been contributing to significant weight loss. NEVER in my life would I ever think I would be saying I have to gain weight. And it’s only going to get harder on the next generation. I will say that I do see more positive images in the modeling world. But it’s the double edge sword of social media. Keep up the great positive and realistic efforts that you speak about. From one Italian Chicago girl to another! I’m sending you love, strength and positive vibes! ❤️
