Lena's smile is priceless .. The rent is too high.

@@perfecthomeschiangmai I cant say it wont rent at that price.. as in anything the prevailing market will judge the outcome.

Nice unit. Small balcony but separate toilet are like hens teeth. Lovely pool. $40 AU a night, I'd pay that.
@mikehunt5637Ай бұрын
I'm not sure if your time allows, but it would be nice if you could include a short montage of cafes/restaurants/places of interest within like, say a 10 minute walk of the condos that you show, Simon.
@perfecthomeschiangmaiАй бұрын
thanks Mike! It is something we keep talking about, and some people like that and some people complain. But we personally think it is a good idea and agree with you. So we will be looking at adding more info on the surrounding area soon. thank you very much for your feed back.
@iisensei075 күн бұрын
@@perfecthomeschiangmai I think it could be added at the end of the condo tour, so if someone wants to only see the condo info, then they could stop watching at that point. Knowing about the surrounding area is important (if not more so) in deciding which condo to rent.
@iisensei075 күн бұрын
Thanks for the good tour. I don't know why so many condos (and some hotels) think a full-wall window from the bathroom to the bedroom is a good idea. Most don't have blinds, curtains, or frosted glass for privacy.
@perfecthomeschiangmaiКүн бұрын
Great observation, and you’re definitely not alone in feeling this way! Those full-wall bathroom windows seem like a design choice aimed at creating an open and modern vibe, but without proper privacy features like blinds or frosted glass, it can be a bit awkward-especially if you’re sharing the space. Some people love the look, but it’s definitely not practical for everyone. If you were designing your own condo, would you keep the window concept but add privacy options, or skip it altogether? 😊

How long do you need to rent the unit for that price of $740?
@perfecthomeschiangmai25 күн бұрын
Thank you for your question! To rent the unit for $740, we require a minimum lease of 12 months. It's a great option for anyone looking for a comfortable stay without a long-term commitment. 😊 But other options starting at 3 months are avaiable. Are you planning a visit to Chiang Mai soon, or do you already live here?

It seems a little overpriced. I know the Astra is fairly new and comes across as more upscale than some other condo locations in that area, but the size of the condo seems small for that price.
@perfecthomeschiangmai4 күн бұрын
You’re right-the Astra does have a reputation for being more upscale, which often reflects in the pricing. It’s true that units there can feel a bit compact compared to other places in Chiang Mai, but the added amenities and modern design are part of the appeal for some. If you were choosing, would you prioritize a larger space or the upscale amenities like pools and gyms that places like the Astra offer? 😊
@iisensei074 күн бұрын
@perfecthomeschiangmai haha... Trying to find a balance between the two. Wanting a gym and 38-45 m² and around 15k/month. Oh... And inside the loop. Maybe that's asking too much. 😉

There is a big difference between motorbike and scooter. Its overpriced by $100USD
@perfecthomeschiangmaiАй бұрын
It is overpriced? May I ask why you think that? and are you saying it wont rent at this price?
@user-jshsd2Ай бұрын
Overpriced. No more than $600. I personally wouldn't pay more than $450 because for me the location is a con. It's too far from what I think are the good areas. Who wants to live near the tourist area?? It's depressing, too far from the center and miserable in my opinion. Inside old town? Okay. Nimman Rd? Okay. Huay Kaew Rd? Okay. Chang Klan Rd? No thanks.
@perfecthomeschiangmaiАй бұрын
Thanks for sharing your perspective! We know Chiang Mai has a wide range of neighborhoods with different vibes and appeals, and it sounds like you're more drawn to the heart of the action near Nimman, Old Town, or Huay Kaew Road-definitely great spots with tons to offer. For those looking for a quieter area with easy access to amenities, some people find that Chang Klan Road strikes the right balance, though we totally get that each area has its pros and cons. What specific features or amenities would you consider non-negotiable at the price point you mentioned?
@stawill785422 күн бұрын
Way overpriced. Would not pay that price.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts! Pricing can feel steep depending on the property and location, but Chiang Mai does have a wide range of options to suit different budgets. Are you looking for something more affordable or in a different area? We’d be happy to help point you toward properties that might be a better fit! 😊
