Great house, though i have lived near a school before, and i will never again. I used to wake up frequently, as i like to sleep in, by screams like if someone was being murdered (They were just playing/screaming contest etc). And thus my fight or flight system kicks off, waking up to an adrenaline rush from hell. You would think you get used to it, but sadly i didn't. I wonder if houses in Thailand would ever be rented out for 1-3 months at the time. Id hate to be locked into an area for more that 6-12 months.

Once simple we don’t need Internet phone hardwood floors are running water and we also don’t want to be around a bunch of other Americans are people from the west because we don’t necessarily agree with all the ones that are there trying to ball on a budget And really kind of ruining the paradise Vive and Field then we believe a lot of these people from the west came down there for simple life but they are making it more complicated than what it needs to be so I guess what I’m asking is do you have anything like that as far as budget goes, I have a lot of money it’s just doesn’t mean I want to spend all of it on the cost of living I do not mean this is any kind of disrespect, so I hope no one takes it that way

Units are in KW. It would depend on the individual user with aircon etc… One thing to remember is the smog in Chang Mai can become very bad during certain times of the year. Meaning you would be running you aircon 24/7 for an extended period of time. The rest of the electricity to run everything else would be negligible.
