I’m a beginner who gets what you’re saying and appreciate how you break steps down. I’ve been experiencing success and will become a contributor soon. Excellent work, I’m pleased and appreciative so thank you!!

I heard on another video that the key to jumping is keeping your chin over your stem. I didn't really understand this at first, but watching your break down, it kind of make sense. I can see how "accepting the lip" body position keeps your chin over your stem.

@@bennyxmxracer5897 thanks man. How is the audio? I got a mic and I’m filming with my iPhone 16 with mic attach( thank god for upgrades) I think I need a better computer now to run a diff editing program to adjust the audio more. Right now I’m editing with iMovie and a program called @onform for my annotations.

Fantastic lesson. I’m 62, I’ve been riding about 20 yrs. Now that my knee has been replaced I’m able to do more skills on the bike. I’m currently riding a 50 lb electric trek rail. How does all this extra weight affect this jumping dynamics??

Do you analyze follower's jumps? I have some screenshots from a video I took jumping a random "step up" dirt mound I found while just commuting on my hardtail and decided to session it a couple times
