The first time I felt asmr tingles was when I was 12. The kid who sat behind me in reading class would play with my hair and braid it and fishtail it for me and the whole time he would talk to me in whispers about how my day going and how I was doing because the teacher yelled at us for talking during reading time and it sent chills down my spine every time.

I find it relaxing and comforting, thats all that matters for me. Ive watched asmr for many months now, not everyday, but often enough. Im unsure on how much experience it because I get so caught up in my emotions. Maybe also I have to much psycologic damage to my body to experience it better, if so I blame the psychiatri for everything,80% of what they have done to me Im positive it has scared me for life and I hate them infinetly for it.
