I work 2nd shift housekeeping. I clean an entire 20 story resort by myself and answer every call and need from all the rooms. I'm constantly cleaning bodily fluids from blood to dookie explosions. Grown ass people will shit in the halls. Of course I'm fuckin stoned half the time.

I used to smoke on cartridges every break working at Google data center. Every single job I've ever worked at I smoked. 25 years smoking on the job while still running circles around everybody I work with. I don't smoke during my breaks anymore though, just before and after work, and that's just because I want to do it that way.

I live in a legal state and I absolutely will not smoke before or during work. I also believe it's much better to allow your body to be sober most of the day and then I can enjoy the high more at the end of the day when I'm settling in for the night before bed.

I’ve been a pothead since an unhealthily young age and I never get high at work. I’ve never understood getting high to “get through” anything difficult. I only enjoy being high when I have absolutely nothing to do. Otherwise it just slows me down and makes me anxious. I’d rather get through my day sober and use weed to unwind. Plus it keeps my tolerance low, helps me make my shit stretch and allows me to appreciate every high a whole hell of a lot more.

I work at an Av Rental Warehouse, I handle big orders that are used for shows, concerts or conventions for big companies in a very populated non stop growing city. Talking 100s of Monitors, Projectors, Lens, Audio Gear etc. per order. Gotta keep your numbers right if not gotta go back and check all that you have done. Long hours at times, working 60hrs a week. Gotta load and unload trucks too. Being high is the main reason im able to do my job so good and work so many hours lmao

Used to smoke all throughout work at a retail clothing store, but now i transferred to the parent company and my new store is much smaller. Forces me to be cashier and anytime i'm high my conversation capabilities become limited. When customers aren't my focus, being high is wonderful and makes me feel even like im on a mission. Then i've got the flower for relaxing at home, with the carts for work.

i use to smoke everyday all day at work but then i became an electrician for life safety systems, I wire and install commercial fire alarms and burglar alarms. There is so much liability and if I make a Mistake because I was Stoned it can cost people their lives if a fire breaks out in an apartment building or any building for that matter and my system didn't go off so nobody knows the building is on fire until it's to late. so now i took a page from your book and only smoke at night unless it's the weekend then i blaze all day.

Very much depends on the job environment and what I'm doing. When I worked in factories, not until I knew I could do my job with my eyes closed, so usually 3-6 months before I even consider smoking before or during work, and even then, it would be my lunch break or my last break, kinda like a pregame. Yard work, I'm high as shit and zooming through everything, but I seem to always be able to kinda accidentally shift to sober when I need to, though I definitely need to reactivate the high somehow, someway. Sometimes I do, sometimes I just wait til I'm done and get utterly blasted to end the day and relax.

I Install and refinish hardwood floos. In the morning i Take 1 or 2 dabs before i walk out the door about 7am. Meet my boss at his place, and we smoke a joint on the way to the job. On my lunch break, I'll take a few rips of the pen. Then we smoke another joint on the waay home from work. Then when i get home, i smoke while i watch cew. I work monday thru Saturday every week.

When I worked in the food service industry, I had to be high all day long to the point of feeling nothing. Now that I work in sales I have to be alert and I've started really only smoking at night for the most part and weekends. There are some aspects of my work that can warrant being high, but other times it can just be a pain in the ass. I'm a game developer which a creative side and a technical side. With a lot of the creative side of things, I can benefit from being high, such as when making art/music. I've also had some brainstorming sessions while high where I get some of the best ideas. It can suck to be high when trying to implement things and solve complex problems though, I do often suffer from stupidity in that altered headspace :). Working in complicated tools like game engines, it's a lot easier to get lost in the millions of menus when I'm blazed.

in 2021-22 i worked as an after hours custodian at a local restuarant, id see vomit on the floor sometimes, burgers with bites taken out of them, used paper towels, everything. i know the boss personally, hes worked there for over 50 years(business is 111 and is temporarily closed now) and it would help me clean up without just feeling so disgusted. i also have severe POTS ehich makes it difficult, but when im high its a bit easier to stand for longer periods of time.
