Hi Thank you for speaking this, it's so important. We are lied how we can't live without glasses or contact lences for a lifetime. No, it's fixable. My experience is similar as yours. In grocery store they mostly use strong LED lights which is very harmful for eyesight. I've noticed those lights bother my eyes long time ago. At my home i use classic light bulbs, no LED crap. Eyesight depends on so many factors, sleep, stress, kind of lights, time spended daily on screens, blood curculation in and arround eyes. There are days when i don need glasses at all. And i have myopia and astigmatism.

I have been working on natural vision since 2022. My vision is about the same with myopia and astigmatism. It changes back and forth but one thing that has stuck is I can read without glasses. I only use them for driving. Meanwhile, the world is blurry past the 18” from my nose

@@CeeceeWhip try to rub in a gently way a piece of cloth under your internal superior lip. Mainly the corners. Your bottom eyelid will rise and your eyes will look small. If you rub your lips each other, it increases your vision. If you are a man you can grow a beard to rub your lip on that. If you are woman you can use your hair. Not having a long hair just use a piece of cloth.

Your sunlight outdoors/artiificial light indoors example rings true for me. I get this all the time, there are conditions where it's easier to see clearly and ones where it feels like there's a barrier, but it is of course a subconscious assumption. I know for a fact I feel more anxiety in a grocery store than in the woods, which changes my vision. But when I start anticipating that change, it starts to make a track in the mind. Will try playing around with this continuity concept and see what happens. Reminds me of a story from Bates' magazines where he demonstrated with two sisters that they could see perfectly things they liked and found interesting and couldn't see things clearly that were boring or caused them anxiety. I definitely prefer looking at trees to shelves of products...

I went through the same exact thing! Especially walking into a bass bro shop! Lasted about 2-3 weeks. Idk what corrected it but I just told myself well I guess I’ll just live with this. And started relaxing no matter where I was and eventually I started seeing clear inside as outside

It was the best thing trying to improve my vision, cause when I gave up trying to improve my vision I started improving my whole life. And when I say "improving" vision I mean trying to see like I see with my glasses, it is what people try to do at first. But when we see exatcly like glasses we are also using our whole life in that way, it means we breathe, we walk, we think, we talk, we believe, we remind, we hope, we fear, all based on glasses "frame" of life. Maybe people under 1 diopter can't notice in their body at first, how glasses impacts and affects their life..When we wear above 2 diopters things go different. I've learned and still learning lots of thing and at the first moment none of them is about seeing clear, but it helps me in some way to see clear. For example I've notice how pitch and framerate affects my emotional pattern in a mid run and long run. Breathing is huge connected to speech, breathing is strongly connected to emotional response. And the most difficult part it is gave up put things in "frames" for example: speaking in a low pitch = depression, boring, powerless. speaking fast and louder = happy, excited, powerful. Learn to not enter in people mindset or learn to not react to their speech pattern and stay here, is the hard lesson.

Maybe having a beard has somsthing to do with getting "Hunter eyes"? Or at least somenthing to do with how blood flows to the muscle faces and skin? For example, the guy from Endmyopia have something like "guru beard" stuff. I see a lot of guys growing a beard and having a more symetrical eyes, more confident gaze (Hunter eyes). I kknow by experience that when I slide my internal lip into my slightly hair around my other lip, my vision activates instantly. My father always shave his beard and he have bigger eyeballs. You can also see in Military, Army, Police, Fireman, etc, they cannot keep beard at all, cause they need the eyes to get bigger, alaways alert state. A friend of mine is a cop, to keep his eyes small he eats a lot of salt and spicy food because it dries the mouth/lips and also it affects eyes. His brother is also a cop, but when I see his brother he is always with a scary face, bigger eyes, always alert.. Other weird thing is blowing air from the edge of the mouth to eyeball (left or right) for some reason sharpen the vision for a while.

Hey Mark, By now, it can‘t be denied that there is empirical evidence indicating that vision is improvable. It would be interesting to see you discussing, with an optometrist, the potentiality of reversing myopia, and how the current understanding of sight maybe flawed.
@MyopiaIsMental2 ай бұрын
I would love to find an open-minded optometrist to talk about this but so far that hasn't happened. I still have hope that I'll find one someday.

Is it normal for my eyes to feel tired by the end of the day? I don’t know if it’s because I’m actually using them when I don’t wear my glasses.
@MrBV1232 ай бұрын
Hey Mark, Do you recommend wearing glasses for 0.5/155 astigmatism? It all started with dry eyes and in few weeks I found I have astigmatism. It does give me headaches when I am in front of screen. I have watched your videos on astigmatism. Very helpful. Following them. Thanks 🙏
