Why are you anxious? Whatever has happened to you, or will happen to you, was always supposed to happen. So why the anxiety?

I believe in some way the "bad" is protecting us. I suffer with a severe anxiety disorder but I think if I didn't have this maybe I would have been on a bad direction in life and not found Islam subhanAllah. We have to believe in Allah strongly he is the best planner and knows best his creation.

A.aleykum, i have stress,depression and i feel like i cant take it anymore wallah i lost my first job for Asthma like 6 month ago i got another job my Boss was toxic and he didnt want me to wear abaya and hijjab i could not take it and left the job now i dont know wallah if i will have another opportunity or not it is soo hard please pray for me
