I believe in some way the "bad" is protecting us. I suffer with a severe anxiety disorder but I think if I didn't have this maybe I would have been on a bad direction in life and not found Islam subhanAllah. We have to believe in Allah strongly he is the best planner and knows best his creation.

I have constant negative thoughts as I suffer with depression/ anxiety, when alone all that goes through my mind daily is suicide, it's so scary and feel so ungrateful to Allah. Is there any surah to recite to take away these evil thoughts?
