I used to do something very similar to get me through college and the early days as a low budget employee about 20 years ago, although I usually stop at the 2:50 mark, and just add a separately fried egg. Only difference is I add tomatoes and crush them when stir frying the onions before adding in the tuna. Very cheap, and very filling.

Looks good! I usually do my pizza with egg in the topping, but i cant seem to solidify the egg in the oven too well (it could be the oven, mine takes a long time, while my mothers oven blazes away and burns foods fast (very critical machine)). Great idea! I thought you were going to make a crust on it, but it ended like my pizza topping. :P Egged.. :) Not too long ago i made brown beans in the pressurecooker. Rice and lintels in another pan. Served it to myself with the rice and lintels at the bottom, and the beans on top. Graded some cheese on top. Added some salt (of course everything was boiled with salt too). It was pretty good. Maybe i will add some sambal, or harissa to the rice next time. Forgot to go to the store, and i got 500 gram of brown beans from my 40kg emergency dried food stock. 20 kg of peas, lentels, and beans, and 20kg of rice. It should last 3 months or so. Your mileage may vary. Got a gas stove in the mail today (BRS-12A). Getting a 3 liter pressure cooker is all you need to cook it all. If you put the dried beans and others in a plastic bottle with water in the morning, it can soak all day untill its dinner time. 0.5 liter bottles were perfect. :) You can easily cary a week of food, you only need to find water. :) Maybe I will make a panpizza video at some time. Pretty succesful, great crust. Eat it all the time. Lazy baking.. Greetings, Jeff
